The fact that we hold true to a standard of accessibility puts McDERA, LLC in a unique position to administer thorough assessments of any web site or application. If your business receives any sort of government funding or is marketed toward peoples with disabilities, it is not only your duty as a good steward of the web but as a government funded entity to have a web presence that is fully compliant and accessible.
Sadly, accessibility has taken a back seat to speed, design and functionality in recent years. Many businesses either don't know that their website is inaccessible to users with disabilities or simply don't care. Our philosophy at McDERA, LLC is one of equal opportunities for all users of the web. We also feel that the majority of businesses share our philosophy for accessibility as well, but do not realize that their site is simply useless if not built for accessibility and compliance.
