Our Methodology
Research & Planning
The first stage of any McDERA, LLC project is Research and Planning. In this initial and very crucial stage, we will perform a needs assessment of the requirements and wishes of the client. Once the needs assessment is performed, we will assess the assets of the client's current system or develop a plan to begin the process of creating and storing assets. Lastly, an architecture will be established along with a rough approximation of the user interface. The interface and data design structure will be presented to the client for approval or revisions.
Design
The second stage in McDERA, LLC's projects is the Design and Development (alpha stage). At this point, the user interface design will be finalized. Concurrently, the database back-end will be constructed and populated with the client's existing data, if applicable. Once this is completed, the application infrastructure will be developed.
Quality Assurance
Once the Design and Development Team complete the application, the Quality Assurance Team with begin the Quality Assurance Testing (internal beta stage). The team will stress test the application for consistency, usability, stability, accessibility, and conformance. During this process, all bugs and comments are reported to the design and development team in real time for faster development. The Quality Assurance Team will inform the Design and Development Team when the application is ready for the external beta stage.
Delivery
In The Delivery and Customer Review (external beta stage) the application will be demonstrated to the client for feedback and testing. Any late stage changes will be implemented on-demand.
Deployment
In the final Deployment web application will be deployed on the IT infrastructre chosen during the Research and Planning Stage.
